Directions For food safety and quality, follow these cooking instructions. Do not thaw. Conventional Oven: (Van de Kamp's does not recommend microwave preparation.) 1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Remove fish from plastic pouch before cooking. 2. Place Van de Kamp's frozen fish fillets in a single layer evenly distributed on a 4-sided baking pan. 3. Bake on middle oven rack 25 to 28 minutes or until crispy and browned. Turn fish sticks over halfway through baking. Let stand 5 minutes. Keep frozen until ready to use. Do not refreeze. Do not use in toaster oven. Promptly refrigerate any unused cooked fish fillets.
