    Directions Perishable. Keep frozen. Cook thoroughly. For food safety and quality, follow these cooking instructions. Product needs to be thoroughly cooked. Microwave (Preferred Method): Cook from frozen. 1. Remove tray from outer packaging. 2. Pierce plastic film 3-4 times to vent. 3. Cook on high 4-5 minutes. 4. Carefully remove tray from microwave. 5. Let sit 1 minute and serve. Conventional Oven: Cook from frozen. 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Do not exceed 350 degrees F. 2. Remove tray from outer packaging. 3. Pierce film 3-4 times to vent. 4. Place tray on a baking sheet on center rack in oven. 5. Cook 30-35 minutes. 6. Remove baking sheet with tray from oven and let stand on baking sheet 1-2 minutes. 7. Carefully remove film from tray and serve. Cook thoroughly to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer. Since cooking appliances vary, these instructions are guidelines only.
