    Directions Cook thoroughly. Cooking Instructions: For food safety, follow these cooking directions. Cook thoroughly to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F as measured by a thermometer. Since cooking appliances vary, these instructions are guidelines only. Keep frozen until ready to use. Promptly refrigerate leftovers. Stove Top: Place frozen vegetables in 1/4 cup boiling water for every cup of vegetables. Bring to second boil. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer until tender (7-8 minutes). Season to taste and serve. Microwave: Place frozen vegetables in a covered microwave-safe dish. Add 2 tablespoons of water for every 8 oz. Microwave on high for 3-5 minutes. Stir after first 2-3 minutes. Season to taste and serve. Steaming: Cover bottom of steamer with water. Bring to boil. Place 1-1/2 to 2 cups (about 3 servings) frozen vegetables on top of steamer. Cover and steam for 3-5 minutes. Stir after first 2-3 minutes. Season to taste and serve. Perishable. Keep frozen.
