Microwave: Place frozen cauliflower in a covered microwave-safe dish. Add 2 tablespoons of water for every 8 oz. Microwave on high for 5-8 minutes. Stir after first 4-5 minutes. Season to taste and serve. Steaming: Cover bottom of steamer with water. Bring to boil. Place 4-8 pieces (1-2 servings) frozen cauliflower in top of steamer. Cover and steam for 5-8 minutes. Stir after first 4-5 minutes. Season to taste and serve. Cook thoroughly. Perishable. Keep frozen.
