Microwave: Place frozen chopped broccoli in a covered microwave-safe dish. Add 2 tablespoons of water for every 8 oz. Microwave on high for 8-10 minutes. Stir after first 3-4 minutes. Season to taste and serve. Steaming: Cover bottom of steamer with water. Bring to boil. Place 1-1/2 to 2 cups (about 2 servings) frozen chopped broccoli in top of steamer. Cover and steam for 3-4 minutes. Stir after first 2-3 minutes. Season to taste and serve. Perishable. Keep frozen.
