    Directions Keep frozen. Prepare Me! Stovetop is Best: In a non-stick pan, heat 1 tsp vegetable oil over medium heat. Add frozen crabless cakes and pan fry for approx. 6-7 minutes each side until golden brown and crispy. Toaster Oven: Preheat to broil at 450 degrees F (or high). Place frozen crabless cakes on non-stick baking sheet. Using the top rack, broil for 4-1/2 minutes, then turn and broil additional 4-1/2 minutes. Conventional Oven: Preheat to broil at 450 degrees F. Place frozen crabless cakes on non-stick baking sheet. Using middle rack, broil for 4-1/2 minutes, then turn and broil additional 4-1/2 minutes. Tip: Let rest for 2 minutes. Cook until internal temperature reaches minimum of 165 degrees F.
